Stimulus Check

I think I will get a paper check for the stimulus since I paid in 2018 and 2019. So far, there is no way to give my direct deposit information. Anyhow, this is where it is all going.
$459 to pay 2019 federal taxes
$110 to pay 2019 state taxes
$31 buffer in checking account
$200 to pay off my credit card (I used it a bit before my disability kicked in).
$100 to my emergency fund.
The remaining $300 is going to sinking funds.
